Arbiter-Register, Schedules, Electronic Books, Test, Etc.

To register with the FHSAA you must do through Arbiter.  See  #1 on High School, Joining page  or click logo above.

 Officials first starting with PBBUA during Middle School season will be added to Arbiter but not through FHSAA.   If the official plans to also work High School after, then they will follow that registration process.

The FHSAA is a member of the  NFHS...National Federation of State High Schools.  Your Arbiter account will have a special link to NFHS through the NFHS Central Hub  to get access to the electronic Rules Book, Case Book and Umpire Manual.   There are other resources such as rule changes, articles, etc. 

The three primary accounts you will need to sign into are FHSAA Central Hub, Palm Beach Baseball Umpire Association Official and NFHS Central Hub.

FHSAA Official and NFHS Official  accounts have contact info for those associations, if needed - found under the LIST tab.

Mandatory Rules Exam is taken through the FHSAA Central Hub.  See #3 on High School, Joining page or click the picture above.

Occasionally you will see an EVENT on your schedule.  This can be an announcement of training sessions or other special happenings.  You accept the Event only if you plan to attend.  (Check Accept and then Submit). More info in PowerPoint below 'Arbiter. How To Use'.

A copy of your schedule can be printed out from Arbiter with complete game info.  It makes record keeping easier to mark this printed schedule as you receive payment for games.

You can print a list of officials with their phone numbers for reference.  

These report/lists along with most training material are PDF files and can  be saved easily on a smart phone.
