1. APPLICATION AND DUES must be submitted together. Middle School dues are $20. These dues ONLY cover the Middle School Season.

High School has separate dues.

Dues and application can be paid at a meeting or mailed to PO Box 16133, WPB 33416.

Make checks payable to PBBUA.

Middle School APPLICATION (pdf)

PLAIN shirts and hats; no FHSSA logos, numbers, etc.

Everyone must have a black shirt.

The light blue with black in collar and sleeves is optional, yet popular.

Any other color is acceptable if partners match and the shirts are plain.
